Fisherman’s Bastion Wedding
Intimate weddings are truly something amazing. In other words they are intentional, personal, and relaxed. And if the wedding is placed at Fisherman’s Bastion is a dream for anyone who’s ever been to Budapest. I also had a small, intimate wedding so not only I understand the sentiment, but I also value the experience. Above all small weddings are a slow, deep breath amidst the frenzy of fast-paced, big wedding excitement. For example the schedules are loose, leaving the bride and groom ample opportunity for private moments with one another and extended conversations with their nearest and dearest.
Fisherman’s Bastion is the most popular and probably one of the most special spots in Budapest. We started the photo shoot in front of the Saint Stephen statue at 9 am. From there we walked around the Castle District and after that we took some shoots near the Matthias Church. Altogether it was a 3 hour photo shoot, but we had plenty of time.
I think small weddings are the perfect opportunity to make your guests feel extra special, while reclaiming time to truly experience your own big event.
